Recently, my husband and I decided to sell our home through a land contract. We had no idea who could help with the process, since our family lawyer had retired several years earlier. I spent many hours over several months searching online for a lawyer, never really feeling comfortable with my search results. Schroeder Law Group came up on my last search. Everything I read about Jim was positive, and not just the reviews. We all know it’s very unusual for all reviews to be 5 stars (at this point there are 49!), but once we met and worked with Jim, we understood why. He answered all our questions and gave us the guidance we needed, following the direction we had requested. Although our timeline was short, Jim ensured our contract was completed before our requested deadline, even though the Christmas and New Year holidays fell in the middle.
We are very impressed with Jim, his work and his work ethic. We will go to him in the future, if need be, and we have already recommended him to several friends and family.
