Yesterday I had time to run over to Mount Orab for the Grand Opening of Huff Realty. They had a packed house and a great bunch of friends, family, clients and vendors come out to support them. The Brown County Chamber of Commerce also participated in the event.
The Huff team did a great job laying out their office to make clients feel welcome and set a great workflow for their agents.
As the market in Brown County continues to heat up and Cincinnati extends out along Route 32 and Route 125 it is clear that the local real estate brokerages are prepping to handle the opportunity.
REMAX planted its Mount Orab flag with a new headquarters in Mount Orab in a stately building at Main and High where I remember the old police station being when Cahall’s Workwear was a few doors down in the mid-’90s.
There are others making plans to welcome new clients and build a bigger presence in Brown County, it is great to see.
I am looking forward to helping serve those moving out, moving up or like my family moving back to the community. With American Homeland Title Agency in house and local experienced real estate counsel there are great opportunities for those discovering the benefits of living out in our area and have great professionals to lean on throughout the process.
Congratulations to Huff Realty. You have served Brown County well for many, many years and your investment surely will pay off!
