Attorney Angela Hartmann

Angela Rich Hartmann earned her Juris Doctor in 1997 from Widener University School of Law.  During her tenure at Widener, Ms. Hartmann accepted Honors for Deans List and was awarded membership to the Trial Advocacy Honor Society, where she served as Secretary.  She competed in National Trial Competitions including the Young Lawyers Texas Regionals and the Interscholastic Moot Court Competition, advancing to the quarterfinals with her teammate.  Ms. Hartmann served as Staff Writer for the Widener Law Forum and was a member of the International Law Student Association, studying summer curriculum at the Geneva Summer Law Institute, allowing her to graduate a semester ahead of her classmates.   

 

Ms. Hartmann joined the Morris County Prosecutor’s Office upon her graduation from Law School.  While in the MCPO, Ms. Hartmann served in the Appellate, Juvenile and Trial Units.  During her tenure at the MCPO, Ms. Hartmann was responsible for matters from inception to disposition and appeal.  In addition, Ms. Hartmann acted as a liaison to the Morris County SCPA and the ABC.

 

Ms. Hartmann represents individuals, professionals, small businesses, corporations, and municipal utilities and government entities.   Her areas of practice include wills, trusts, estates, real estate, business and commercial law, with a recent heavy focus on contract, transactional, and local government law.

 

Ms. Hartmann has served on non-profit Boards and has volunteered time and service to a myriad of organizations throughout the State.  Ms. Hartmann is an avid lover of music, travel and above all else, her cherished family.  Teaching by example a model work ethic for her children to someday emulate is paramount to Ms. Hartmann and serves to benefit those receiving her counsel.
